5. Client Responsibilities

Media87 will not be responsible for delays caused by lack of client communication.

- All original work created by Media87 remains our property until full payment is received.
- Upon full payment, ownership of final deliverables is transferred to the client unless stated otherwise.
- Media87 reserves the right to showcase completed work in portfolios, case studies, or marketing materials.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of:

- Login credentials
- Strategies, data, and private communications
This obligation survives the termination of services.
8. Third-Party Tools & Platforms
Media87 may use third-party tools, platforms, or services. We are not responsible for:
- Changes in third-party policies
- Platform outages or account suspensions
- Performance issues caused by external services
9. Limitation of Liability
Media87 shall not be liable for:

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the service.

- Payments are not made

Upon termination, no refunds will be issued for completed or ongoing work.

Media87 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
